Complementary Arrival Package
Upon your arrival in Zermatt, enjoy a complementary taxi from the Zermatt train station to your holiday home, along with a welcome package that includes Swiss chocolates, coffee capsules, bed- and kitchen linen, dishwasher tablets, and final cleaning.
Tourist Taxes Included
Your booking also includes local tourist taxes for a seamless experience
Your accommodation will be prepared with personalized brochures and booklets, including our Zermatt Holidays Information Book with many useful tips, and the Zermatt Magazine.
Our chalets and apartments are equipped with high-speed internet, allowing you to immediately share your latest holiday pictures on social media or work remotely from your “Zermatt home office” if needed.

How can we make your stay in Zermatt unforgettable?

For the little ones, we can provide a baby cot with bed linen and a high chair for a surcharge. In our family-friendly accommodations, we provide toys, games, and books for all ages.

We also don’t forget about your furry family members – If you are bringing your pet, CHF 15 is charged per night. Our Head of Pet Relations, Nala will organize some snacks on arrival and a water bowl, a towel, a pillow and a blanket for you to borrow during your stay. Please inform us prior to your booking, not all accommodations allow pets.

We can organize your lift pass prior to your arrival, this means you can leave your bags and go up the mountain for skiing or hiking straight away!
